This menu is from a later date than others, however, it is an excellent example of a steam ship menu, which is of great interest to collectors. The S.S. Imperator was the worlds largest ship for a time, while the Houdini anniversary makes this menu especially appealing. Notice how the food on the menu has slimmed down helping mark the transition to modernity.
